Celebrate United Nations kids' day

18 Nov, 2009 03:36 PM
Home-Start and the Bogan Bush Mobile are hosting a teddy bears picnic to celebrate (United Nations) Universal Children’s Day.

There will be lots of activities and fun for everyone.

Face painting, jumping castle, playgroup activities, balloon and merry-go-round.

A teddy bear competition of the ‘best dressed’ and ‘most loved’ teddy will be organised.

Bring your teddy bear to Julia or Debbie on the day (at 10 am).

Judging will take place between 10.15 and 11 am. Awards will be made following the launch of the Nyngan Child and Family Support Group’s Services Directory.

The organisers look forward to seeing many pre-schoolers with parents, grandparents and friends enjoying a picnic lunch with the ted’s.
