Gardens to go on show for good cause

Eleven Nyngan gardens will be open to the public on Sunday November 1 from 10am to 4pm.

$15 admission per person includes entry to all gardens plus morning tea. Admission may be paid at any of the 11 gardens.

The gardens that are open on the day include:

37 Cannonbar Street

39 Cannonbar Street

51 Cannonbar Street

42 Bogan Street

43 Bogan Street

116 Bogan Street

119 Cobar Street

1 Gregory Street

2 Nymagee Street

1 Hoskins Street

‘Pinegrove’ Nyngan - open from 2pm

Morning tea will be available at 42 Bogan Street and 2 Nymagee Street (Outback Country Crafts) from 10am to 12pm.

A sausage sizzle is being served at 119 Cobar Street from 12pm to 1.30pm at a cost of $2.50.

A delicious lunch will be available from Arnolds Café with $1 from each lunch sold donated to Yarrabin Outreach Inc.

The day is being conducted by Yarrabin Outreach Inc, a disability and children’s service that provides support and programs to people with a disability and their families across western NSW. Yarrabin Outreach Inc also auspices the Nyngan Preschool.

Funds raised on the day will assist clients of Yarrabin to attend the Tri State Games which are being held in Stawell, Victoria in mid- November 2009.
