The U10’s were up against the Apollo Popstars. Nyngan Tigers played their usual consistent game.
26 Aug 10 | The Tigers U12’s have kept their season alive with a solid 20-6 victory over the Cobar Roosters in the Group 11 minor semi-finals held in Dubbo last Saturday.
26 Aug 10 | As a follow-up from last week’s bowls news Jake Waterhouse played in the 2010 Bowls NSW Inter-Zone Seven-a-side Championships at Port Macquarie on August 14 and 15.
26 Aug 10 | Nyngan Junior Soccer travelled to Warren on Saturday for their matchups against the home teams.
The seniors continued their winning ways with a convincing win.
26 Aug 10 | The biggest turnout of the weekend was for Sunday’s American 2 Ball.
19 Aug 10 | Wednesday August 11 West Bogan Shield Triples was played in very cold conditions.
19 Aug 10 | Carpet Bowls: Over the last three weeks we have had some great scores, but there are too many to write down so this week we will just give an update about our Bowls Day. If there is anyone out there that has been thinking about coming along to join us.
19 Aug 10 | Nyngan Junior Soccer players travelled to Tottenham on Saturday for a Gala Day full of matches in perfect weather.
19 Aug 10 | Saturday’s golf was for the August Monthly Medal with a very strong field of 18 taking part. Conditions were not easy as only two players finished the Par Event in the positive - the rest were in the negative.
The best was Peter Rees with +5, which included three washouts. A pretty good effort by Peter as he doesn’t get a lot of golf time.
19 Aug 10 | The Nyngan Tigers have had another big weekend of netball.
11 Aug 10 | Nyngan Junior Soccer played host to Tottenham on Saturday in surprisingly warm conditions making it a great day out for all in attendance.
11 Aug 10 | The greens were full all week due to many games that had to be played or forfeited by Sunday. Members please note subs are now due.
11 Aug 10 | Barb Muldoon has been selected to play in a New South Wales Veterans hockey team for 2010.
11 Aug 10 | On Saturday July 31 Nyngan netballers travelled to Dubbo to compete in round 10 of the Dubbo netball competition.
11 Aug 10 | Saturday’s golf was a 4BBB Par event. The numbers were way down due no doubt to the Ag Expo being in opposition to the golf.
