The first week saw Gwen and Myrtle S come from behind to beat Jean and Maureen 9-6. Next game saw Jean and Maureen back up to beat Fran and Elsie 9-6 but they were soundly beaten 7-1 in the final by Myrtle and Gwen.

The following week saw Jean and Elsie just winning from Dorothy and Gwen on the last end 8-7 but the next eight ends was a walkover for Myrtle and Fran over Margaret and Maureen 12-2 but they were beaten in the final by Jean and Elsie 3-2.

Last week we were down in numbers due, I think, with Christmas almost here we are all too busy for an afternoon of fun and laughter.

Myrtle S and Dorothy were up first on the little green mat to down Bill and Margaret 6-5 then Gwen and Maureen beat Myrtle B and Elsie 9-2 and in the final kept the pressure on and won over Myrtle and Dorothy 4-1. The lucky prizes went to Jean, Myrtle and Fran.
