Academy stars perform well at Tottenham meet
14 Jul 10 | The Far West Academy of Sport (FWAS) tennis squad proved it has what it takes with an excellent performance at the 2010 Tottenham Tennis Tournament on July 8 and 9. The tournament attracted players from right across the far west and western regions of NSW, providing some stiff opposition for the FWAS athletes.
02 Jun 10 | Nyngan Tennis Club held an open day on Saturday May 22, with only a few in attendance. The racquet for the new member was won by William Gudgeon of Hermidale.
20 May 10 | Want a game of tennis? The tennis club would like to invite anyone who has an interest in tennis to come along on Saturday May 22, for their Open Day. It gets underway at 11am and will finish around 4pm.
13 May 10 | The Thursday night tennis comp has started again, please turn up if you want a game.
Tennis squad comes together for first time
28 Apr 10 | The Far West Academy of Sport (FWAS) 2010 Tennis Squad gathered for the first time as a squad in Warren on the weekend April 17 and 18.
18 Mar 10 | Nyngan residents only have days to go to help their local tennis club win $5000.
24 Feb 10 | Following a successful 2009 program, the Far West Academy of Sport (FWAS) is calling for tennis players in the Far West region to attend the 2010 FWAS Tennis program trials.
Tennis clinic being run again
15 Jul 09 | For the 13th year in a row the Nyngan holiday tennis clinic will be held.

Two-day camp for tennis squad
13 May 09 | Last week the Far West Academy of Sport (FWAS) 2009 tennis squad gathered for the first time as a full squad in Warren. Seventeen athletes attended a two-day camp while nine athletes in the satellite development squad joined in day two.
