DUBBO: Rugby League. It may only be a pre-season trial match but local bragging rights will go on the line when Dubbo CYMS meet local rivals Macquarie Raiders under lights at No. 1 Oval. Under-18s kick-off at 5pm with reserve grade at 6.15pm and the first grade clash beginning at 7.30pm.
WARREN: Riversmart Benefit Concert Warren. Event starts at 7pm. Tickets are $30 each. Read more here.
DUBBO: Community Leaders Breakfast at the Cyril Flood Rotunda, Church Street, Dubbo. A free breakfast will be provided for all attendees from 7:30am – 9:30am. Mayor of Dubbo, Councillor Mathew Dickerson, local Councillors, Dubbo City Council’s Executive Staff, the State member for Dubbo Troy Grant and the Federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton will host the breakfast.
DUBBO: Soccer. The junior soccer season is in full swing with round two kicking off this weekend. Matches from the under-5s right through to under-17s will be held at the Lady Cutler Ovals with the younger grades beginning at 9am and the 17s playing at 2pm before the local senior matches begin.
DUBBO: Rugby League. Westside Rabbitohs continue their buildup towards their return to Group 11 competition with a trial match against the Nyngan Tigers. The day at No. 1 Oval begins with the under-18s playing at 2pm.
DUBBO: Charlotte’s Web will be performed at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre on Saturday, April 12. There will be two shows, one at 2pm and the other at 4pm. Tickets are available from the box office or online. For more details click here.
TRANGIE: Pre-season Gala Knock Out Competition, first time Trangie has held the Rugby League event, Alan Burns Oval from 10am
WELLINGTON: Richter City Rolling Derby Richter City Roller Derby Convicts vs. Whakatane Roller Derby League at Kirbirnie Recreation Centre, Wellington starting at 6pm. NARROMINE: Narromine Dandy Cup, Narromine Racecourse. Gates open at 12pm
DUBBO April 14,15,16: Easter Children’s Activities at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Dubbo. 158 Brisbane Street. Games, Easter Stories, Music and Craft.
