About 9am on Sunday February 15 police were called to an address in Wambiana Street where it was alleged a 29-year-old man had breached an apprehended violence order by intimidating his wife during an argument.
The man was arrested and charged with breach AVO to face Nyngan Local Court next week.

At about 3am on Saturday January 31 police observed a person urinating in the gutter on Pangee Street near the local hotels.
When spoken to the 28-year-old Nyngan man became argumentative and aggressive.
He was issued a criminal infringement notice for offensive conduct which carries a fine of $500.

On the afternoon of Saturday January 31 police were called to an Ellen Street address to investigate allegations of domestic violence between a mother and son.
It was alleged the son, a 45-year-old Nyngan man, had pushed and spat at his mother, later pulling her handbag to get car keys.
When the mother sought refuge in her bedroom it is alleged the son damaged the bedroom door.
Police arrested the man and charged him with assault, intimidation and malicious damage.
An apprehended violence order was issued prohibiting the son from going within 50 metres of the
home.
The following morning the son returned to the house and an argument ensued with his mother. Police were called and the man arrested.
He was charged with breach AVO and refused bail.
He faced Dubbo Local Court earlier this month for sentencing.
