Dealer principal John Plunkett said his family had been involved with the company for 14 years.
With 31 years spent in business in the wool and agricultural industries, based in Warren, John is no stranger to delivering only the best service to his customers.
The team at Three Rivers Machinery constantly strives for differentiation, based on the skills and commitment within its four teams; service, spare parts, sales and administration.
Working closely with his wife, Bronwyn and their management team, John said the key for their business to continue its consistent growth in the industry was to foster a company culture focused on and delivering the best customer service possible.
“We look out for each other here,’’ John said.
With a staff of 20, Three Rivers Machinery continues to be a main service provider for the region.
“We believe that the business needs to be driven from the service department forward,’’ he said.
In doing so, the service, spare parts and sales staff are in a program of Continual Professional Development (CPD) and receive high quality training annually from industry professionals. The Plunketts believe their customer base remains loyal and growing because the services they can offer are on form.
The Three Rivers Machinery name has spread quickly across the region, with the company signing on as the major sponsor for the 2014 Macquarie Picnic Races in conjunction with K-Line Speedtillers.
The merchandise has certainly been a popular item among the young racegoers with the Three Rivers Machinery caps still in high demand.
