This night was held to raise money for the building of a private school in Uganda for Life Charity Focus.
The auction went very well and Simon Bell, who did an excellent job as auctioneer, needs to be thanked.
A big thank you to John from Fatman Don’t Dance who kept everyone on the dance floor.
There was a total of $7090 raised at auction which is a great result, with a grand total of $11,395 raised on the night.
A special thanks to the following sponsors who donated auction and raffle items - Western Tyre Company, Lawlab, Jetgo, Kristen Williams, Stacie Shearer, Akane Higae, Amie Taylor, Breans Bakehouse, Cocky’s Wife, Flyorana, Steve Wall, Adams Transport, Nyngan Riverside Tourist Park, Cattlemans Country Motor Inn, Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Landmark, Pauline Adams, Dean Adams.
Thanks also to Robbs Butchery who donated the meat for the night and to all the volunteers and members of the 3CN Community Church in Nyngan for all their help.
The target to reach for building the new private school is $40,000 and with other donations we are now halfway.
We plan to have one more fundraiser mid-February 2016 so get some friends together and come along.
Life Charity Focus Uganda would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended and all the sponsors and volunteers for this amazing effort.
