Australian Strategic Police Institute Counter Terrorism Centre’s Jacinta Carroll travelled to Nyngan to speak to 20 women about her job and anti-terrorism.
Members from Nyngan, Warren and Tottenham were delighted by her talk at the Australia Hotel on June 1.
“Jacinta Carroll gave us an amazing talk on anti-terrorism which everyone found most interesting,” member Jules Lamph said.
“Jacinta also said Norma’s flower arrangements were the nicest she had experienced at any of her talks.”
The Day VIEW club meets once a month and has lunch featuring a guest speaker.l
Next month the ladies will meet at the Chinese resturant in the Nyngan Bowling Club.
