The National was won by Gary White with his dog White’s Jimmy. He also came second with White’s Fella and sixth with White’s Chrissie. David Motley also had a great trial coming ninth in the National with Motleys Russell. In the novice section David came second with his dog Motleys Rex and fifth with Motleys Snow. Another dog he bred Motleys Digger won the Novice Section worked by Matt Fletcher of Orange. Daniel Pumpa, a born and bred local, also came fourth in the National with his dog White’s Benji, who was also bred by Gary White.
Many thanks to the Egelabra Merino Stud who provided us with 1000 ewe hoggetts to work.
Thanks to the Anglican ladies who kept everyone fed during the day.
The official dinner was held for all the workers and families upstairs at the RSL.
