A countback was needed to split Nicole Chambers/Tex Tomek and Brown Bridge/Mick Beetson. Both teams finsihed on 30.25nett, a slightly better last six holes by Nicole and Tex gave them victory. Not all that far away was Sam Keating and Ozzie Smith with 31 nett. Pin winners were Nicole and Tony Lewis who’s tee shot over the Cowal finished on the lip of the cup.

Saturday’s game was a par event. Warren Murray finished the day with + two, he had a few washouts on the back nine and was lucky that Rex Vane (+1) put his ball in the drink on the 19th and one over the fence on the 11th, the next best anyone could do was -3 by four players. Pin winners were John Wynne and Pat Walsh.
