Steven David Grainger, 59, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Orange Local Court on Monday. Grainger from Canonbar Street, Nyngan, was fined $1200 and disqualified from driving for two years. Police conducted a speed check on the Mitchell Highway 30km east of Orange on Saturday, December 3, 2016, when they saw Grainger drive past at 130km/h at 1.20pm. They pulled him over and when they asked to see his licence and he said he was disqualified.
