Every child will receive a prize and certificate which will be awarded at the Presentation Party to be held on Wednesday 8th February at 3.30pm. Children need to hand in their Book Logs by Thursday 2nd February.
The library will be having activity mornings for primary aged children on Tuesdays January 17, 24 and 31.
Also Thursday January 19, Wednesday January 25 and the 2nd February commencing at 10.30am to 12pm.
There will be a variety of crafts and Lego building for girls and boys.
The library was host to the Australia Day Poster Competition for primary aged children last Thursday morning.
Sponsored by the Bogan Shire Council and Australian Red Cross the children created posters for Australia Day which will be Judged and displayed at the town Hall for Nyngan’s Australia Day ceremony.
The library will closed on Thursday 26th January for Australia Day celebration.
Don’t forget the library provides a Housebound service to deliver reading materials to your home if you are unable to physically get to the library when you are unwell. Just give us a call on 68359080.
Other services available at your library include, photocopying , scanning, laminating and free public computers and WiFi.
The library is comfortably cooled, with coffee and tea facilities and Disabled friendly public amenities for our clients convenience.
