The pair had a close 17-14 win over Rylstone’s Tyrone Pennell and Molong’s Leigh Brown in the final at Club Dubbo.
Walsh Barrow had been considered the favourites right through the tournament and they finished unbeaten during the round games.
In the semi-final on Wednesday morning they took on Club Dubbo pair Cooper McMullen and Jess Ball and won in another tight match 11-9.
Club Dubbo bowls manager Anthony Brown said the pair were deserving winners and had showed some amazing form during the tournament.
“The standard of bowls has been unbelievable. We have seen some incredible shots,” he said.
“In the pairs final the difference was just three shots and the spectators have really enjoyed it. There has been a lot of comments about the show we have been treated to.”
Wednesday was the culmination of three big days of bowls. The action on Wednesday took longer than expected, meaning the singles final was moved to the evening under lights.
“The kids are starting to get tired. It’s been a long few days for them but they have done extremely well,” Brown said.

The junior fours will head off to Orange next week to take part in a one-day teams event.
