It was their first fete in many years and the Nyngan Public School have deemed it a great success.
Thanks has been given to the volunteers and helpers who made the night possible.
“We had a number of helpers to run the fete on the night. Without these helpers it would not have been possible. Many months of preparation went into organising the day,” organiser Katrina Fitzalan said.
“Nyngan P and C would like to thank all the stall holders and those who donated, their generosity was much appreciated.”
The major event of the night was the sliming of the Nyngan Public School Teachers. Miss Williamson, Mr Knight, Miss Jackson and principal Kylie Pearce were slimed by four obliging students.
A successful 300 club and Easter Raffle were drawn at the fete.
