Nyngan CWA members are most grateful to Bernie and Maryanne Bourke for donating a load of wood to be raffled at our street stall on Friday, May 12. Thank you.
Any donations of goods for sale are most welcome.
It was pleasing to hear that both state CWA and Far Western Group have given very generous donations to the bushfire appeal.
Group International, Cultural and A/E Day will be held in Nyngan in August.
The poem for the Neita Dewhurst Trophy is to be titled “The Boundary Gate” and the musical is open.
Our branch was pleased to take Easter Eggs to the residents at our Health Service on Easter Sunday and to place flowers at the Anzac Service.
International Day will be held on September 12. Country of study is Nepal.
Our rose show is set down for October 13 with lots of plants for sale.
Next meeting is June 2.
Hostesses are Marie Carter and Maryanne Bourke.
