Red noses and cupcakes were available for purchase on the day.
All cupcakes and baked goods were kindly donated by friends and family of the school community.
The SRC were completely blown away with the amount of donations that were received on the day.
"We put a notice asking for cupcakes in a few of our newsletter and shared it on our Nyngan Public School P&C Facebook page hoping to get enough cupcakes so that every child would be able to purchase one on the day" said Mrs Scullion, SRC coordinator.
"Myself and the year 6 girls who were in the library running the day were completely blown away by the amount of cupcakes that were donated on the day. I just imagine the families mixing, baking and icing the cupcakes all in their own time, out of the kindness of their hearts and I'm just so thankful for their support".
All funds made on the day are to be donated to the SIDS for Kids charity to help support them in their fight against sudden infant loss.
An official amount can be found in their next school newsletter which can be viewed on the school app or the P&C Facebook page.
