Grace Chamberlain reported on a state conference which she attended in May. A very busy few days with guest speakers and 20 motions discussed. What a great effort by the members who volunteered their time and energy to produce 53,000 scones at the Royal Easter Show!
Nyngan High School Students have offered to assist ‘seniors’ with their computer problems at the library on Tuesday, June 27-well done.
The group Cultural, International, Agricultural and Environment Day will now be held in Nyngan on Saturday, September 9.
Booklink is under way at the library with 23 readers which is good to hear.
Maryanne told us more about Nepal, including the fact that six out eight of the highest mountains in the world are there.
