Wayne Wigham, former first grade Balmain Tigers player, and Black Dog Institute Advocate will speak on the day. Wayne has conducted many educational talks about mental health to country NSW.

Players will be wearing bright socks from Batyr as a visual display of their willingness to help stomp out the stigma around mental illness. Batyr is an organization that aims to engage, educate and empower young people to have positive conversations and seek help when they need it. Look out for the “Pledge Banner” where you can write a pledge about looking after your own wellbeing.
