Nyngan’s own newspaper since 1883, the website is now faster to load and easier to read on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.
Purpose-built to provide a regular “feed” of your favourite local news, sport, community information and opinion, the site is optimised for viewing on any device so you can follow the latest news from Nyngan on the go, wherever you are.
The refreshed digital design is sleek and uncluttered and the website’s new streamlined functions make it easy to navigate.
The site’s new advertiser opportunities allow local businesses to reach nynganobserver.com.au’s growing online audience.
The digital-first publishing technology used by Nyngan Observer since 2015 is at the forefront of newspaper and website production worldwide.
NSW-Western group managing editor Tony Rhead said the revamped nynganobserver.com.au would continue to provide a proudly local perspective on the people, places, issues and events of Nyngan and the surrounding area.
“We’ve changed the way we present and publish news for our growing digital audience,” Mr Rhead said.
“But our commitment to providing your favourite local reading isn’t changing, including coverage of important community issues and events.”
Visitors to nynganobserver.com.au can submit local sports results and letters to the editor, place an advertisement and read the classifieds.
The print edition of Nyngan Observer is published Wednesday.
The cover price of the newspaper remains unchanged.
