Tex Tomek, Dolly Ryan and Royden Donohoe were very close with their 58.33 nett, they to were one under after they bombed out on the 18th, a heap of scratchies was their prize.
There were three other teams that broke the 60 margin, in most case the back nine was their undoing, the exception was Brendan Burt, Tony and Tim Lewis who had a 32 for that section. Tail end Charlies were Jenny, Judy and Pat.
Pin winners were Greg Matheson, Young Griffo, Many Martin, Dean Woods, DAvey, Chris Johnson, Bill Hare and Luke Smith. The day's sponsors of the hams were Chook and Luan Hawley.
The scratchies for third and the nearest to the pins were sponsored by Angela and Jacko from the newsagency. Like all our sponsors they were very generous in their prizes. The day was topped off by Royden who gave a great performance outside.
The ladies have a summer nine hole point score underway.
First week's winner was Jenny Holmes, 20 points over Di Donald. Dolly was the pin winner. The best team of the twilight round three was "Toyota Off Roaders" round four went to "Vane's Buses".
Thanks again to all who were involved in Saturday's activities and to those who cleaned up Sunday morning, a great effort.
