Noll was forced to apologise for his behaviour at Nyngan’s Duck Creek picnic races after a member of the 5000 strong crowd threw a beer at the singer, sending him into a swearing and abusive filled tirade, which was caught on film.
The outburst has cost him a spot on the Rodeo ticket.
Mount Isa Mines Rotary Rodeo General Manager Natalie Flecker said a lot of work and effort had gone into establishing the event nationally as a premier iconic Outback experience.
“We pride ourselves on our family-friendly environment and reputation so we have made this operational decision to ensure we deliver the best event experience for all attendees,” Ms Flecker said.
Mr Noll said he was disappointed to not be there to celebrate such a milestone for an event engrained within the history and heritage of Queensland.
“I wish it every success. I look forward to returning and being a part of it another time,” Noll said.

Noll had been due to take the stage on Friday night (August 10) of the Isa Rodeo weekend.
Ms Flecker said it left the event with a vacancy for an entertainer for the Friday night concert with support act, Newcastle-based The Viper Creek Band.
“We will be working quickly to fill this gap in our entertainment lineup to kick off our RODEO ROCK concert lineup,” she said.
The Isa Rodeo, the biggest rodeo in the Southern Hemisphere, celebrates its Diamond Jubilee 60 th Anniversary Rodeo from 9 to 12 August.
More than 25,000 people are expected to head to the north west Queensland mining city for a festival of world-class rodeo competition and live entertainment.
The McClymonts and Travis Collins will take to the Wardles Main Stage on Saturday night (August 11) while Australian rock legend Jimmy Barnes headlines a lineup including The Wolfe Brothers, James Blundell, Tania Kernaghan, Brewn and Dee Jay Buxe performing in a 60th Birthday Bash concert live in the Buchanan Park arena on Sunday night (August 12).
Both Friday and Saturday night concerts are included in the rodeo ticket.
The Sunday night Live in the Arena concert is a separately ticketed event. This means the finals will finish slightly earlier (around 2.30pm), people will exit and those with concert tickets will immediately be let back in (if they wish) while a new stage is erected inside the arena.
The Sunday night concert acts are Jimmy Barnes, The Wolfe Brothers, James Blundell, Tania Kernaghan, Brewn and DJ Buxe playing between sets with a fireworks finale.
The Sunday concert ticket price is $49 for the concert (adult), but it can also be bought as part of your rodeo pass (ie entry to rodeo + concert).
