To finish off the school holidays children of all ages headed to the library to participate in the Community Hub’s bookmarks and bookworms morning, last Thursday.

Children got to make their own unique bookmarks, and then gathered in teams to participate in a scavenger hunt, learning more about the library.
Organiser, the Commuinity Hub’s Katie White, said she thought the event was a “really fun and successful day”.
“It was a great social day for everyone. A number of parents bought their children along to take part in the activity, and they got to socialise with one another as well,” Ms White said.

Ms White gave a big thank you to all who participated and also to the Bogan shire library for hosting the event.
