The original artwork was painted by Uncle Eddie Shipp, which symbolised Nyngan as a meeting place.
Ms Lord has stayed true to the original piece, putting traditional animals back, but adding more including vibrancy and detail.
Ms Lord has been painting since a young age and said it was something she has “always done”.
“Growing up I painted for fun. It became a hobby from mucking around when I was little watching my Uncles and Aunties doing it,” Ms Lord said.
“Sometime I get in the zone and can do it all night, it’s like reading and you loose track of time,” she said.
The original painting has been donated to the Nyngan Preschool for their outdoor play space.
Ms Lords artwork is on display at the Nyngan LALC and is available for purchase.
