After last year’s successful event, the Blue Sky Ball is back for another year.

The committee have reconvened and are hosting another exciting New Years Eve at the Nyngan Race Course.

Co-Chair Grace Ryan said the committee was keen to capitalise on last year’s success.

“We had a fantastic time at the last ball, it was great to see a mixture of locals and people from out of town come together to welcome in 2018,” she said.

“We were also delighted people were so willing to talk about mental health and smashing the stigma in rural and remote communities.”

Committee Co-Chair Katie Moody said the event is expected to be back bigger than ever.

“Now that we've held the event once, we’re keen to host a bigger event this year. So rally your friends and family to bring in the New Year in Nyngan,” she said.
