Two trains have been organised to transport ABBA lovers this year, one from Sydney and another from Parkes.
Buses are making their way from as far as Canberra and as close as Forbes to "feel the beat from the tambourine" as a number of performers entertain an anticipated crowd of 5000 as they dance and jive and have the time of their life.
"As with past events this year is going to be a great drawcard for the region," Executive Events spokesman Peter Docwra said.
"Parkes Shire Council has been outstanding, with assistance, both to us as event organisers and of the festival."
Executive Solutions were approached to event manage this year's festival and Mr Docwra said the company was delighted to become involved and bring a "fresh set of eyes" to what is already a successful event.
"There was nothing wrong with the Festival but it is always good to bring a fresh set of eyes and perspective," he said.
"There already is a lot of spirit to the Festival."
One of the highlights of the program will again be a world record attempt for the most people dancing to Dancing Queen at 5.15pm.
Bjorn Again, Australia's only ABBA tribute band, is again headlining this year's Festival which also features singing and dancing competitions.
