Justin had the boys ready to go and there was rarely a blemish in the comprehensive victory.
The first half was fairly solid with both sets of forwards rolling their sleeves up. Ned, Loma and Jacob were standouts in the opening session as was captain-coach Justin Carney who took a lot of carries out of our own end. His strength has got to be seen to be believed.
The work from the forwards allowed Luke Matho and Josh Merrit room to move and they pulled Forbes to pieces. Matho controlled the ruck brilliantly rolling our boys straight up the middle, which took a toll on the Forbes pack.
The work of our back three, Daryl, Flash and Jone can't go without mention. They were brilliant at times but also rolled their sleeves up and took the cough carries out of our own end to ease the load on our forwards.
The Tigers interchange bench was awesome. Pothole was thrown into the game in the first five minutes after injury to Dean Woods, and what a job he did.
He came up with a try and over forty tackles in a super performance. Big Jeff Lennon and Sione also had huge impacts on the bench.
Jeff's stint in the first half was as good as you will get. He rattled the Magpies in defence, one of his tackles resulted in a try to the Tigers.
After the impact from Jeff, Jacob jolted the ball free and it was quickly sent out wide for Flash to scoot over in the corner for a four-pointer.
Great all round performance from all the boys. This weekend we will take on the Wellington Cowboys in both first and Reggies for a spot in Sunday week's grand final.
Tooley and his men went close to booking themselves a spot in the grand final going down 12-10 to CYMS on Saturday in Dubbo.
We had a narrow four point lead at the break and then led 10-6 with ten minutes left on the clock. A converted try to CYMS about eight minutes from time edged them in front and we were unable to respond.
Although Tooley would be disappointed, at the end of the day we played poorly and still only went down by two points.
One shining light for Tooley was the performances of Simon Bartley and Cale Dunn.
They are on opposite ends of the weight scales but both put in awesome efforts. Young Dunny scored a super solo try sprinting 80 metres to score under the post to give us what looked like a match-winning lead.
Big Simon played as good as I've seen him and if the big fella can maintain his form, the reggies will be hard to stop this weekend.
The club will be running a supporters bus to Forbes on Sunday. Cost is $10 per person and details are on the Tigers Facebook page.
Anyone interested in going contact Egg Quarmby or Red Waterhouse.
See you Sunday, go the Tigers!

The Bulls quest for a home Grand Final was blown away on Saturday by a dominant Warren Pumas outfit, the 2018 Premiers determined to finally host the big day on home soil for the first time in more than 25 years.
After being the benchmark this season, the Bulls made a string of errors early handing Warren possession time and again ,which they put to good use, and veteran Ian Hinton was the beneficiary using his pace to score twice and open up a handy lead.
The Pumas also took a penalty, before Sikeli Ratu Vu bored his way over to see the Bulls on the board. At 15-5 ,everyone was expecting the minor premiers to step up the pace, but full credit to the Pumas who had other ideas, and the fluid ball movement the Bulls have employed so successfully this season failed to materialise.
With the Bulls reluctance to kick the ball deep, the Pumas regularly had more defenders in the line which created errors and turnovers .
Conversely, Stephens in particular, regularly found touch deep in attack and this seemed to wear down the usually fast finishing Bulls , turning them around regularly.
Mitch Butler and Jake Perko-Bennett both crossed for consolation tries for the Bulls, but it was a day the locals would rather forget, in front of a crowd befitting a grand final.
Best for the Bulls were Fletcher Jackson, Brendan Nelson and Christo Scholtz with Mitch, Jake and Jayden working hard to kick start the Bulls attack.
Fortunately the Bulls are at home again next Saturday against the strong Coonamble team, and with a win apiece this season, nothing separates the two sides.
Coonamble are the only team to have defeated the Nyngan boys during the minor round so they will arrive full of confidence.
Expect the Bulls to rebound and provide a much closer game than the 37-19 result against the Pumas .
Kickoff at 3pm Larkin Oval Saturday.

Mick Beetson was the star attraction in Saturday's stroke. A reasonable front nine of 39 had him vying for the lead.
A back nine of 36 with one birds eye gave him a 75 cross and a 63 nett. A hard act to get around trying her level best was Viv Pateman.
An excellent front nine of 44 her high hopes were dashed where she collided with the timber on the tenth and 13th taking a couple of sevens. Her 66 nett showed lots of potential overall.
Third spot went to the consistent Chick Parry with 67 nett for some strange reason he has trouble with the shorter holes and dropped three shots on them, not good off his six handicap.
Neil Buggy came all the way from Maitland to play. Went ok on Saturday then got the moola on Sunday with 35 points. Should have had much more one over the fence on the fifth and a couple of washouts.
He beat Pat Walsh on a count-back who failed to score a point on the 18th missing a short-ish putt.
Just behind on 34 points was Ozzie Smith. He copped a penalty (stroke and distance) when he hit the wrong ball on the 13th.
The ladies mid-week was a high scoring act with Dolly Ryan 73 nett edging out Jenny Holmes 75 nett. Only two pin winners for the week Mick Beetson and Ruth Buggy. A par next Saturday and a stroke for Father's Day.
