Between 10am and 12pm from Monday to Friday, Mick is spotted down the street, often stopping for a yarn, talking with his hand or using his notepad.
He has created relationships with local store owners, while doing his job and the community have come to understand how Mick communicates.
"He is a cheeky bloke and always has something smart to gesture," Nyngan Livebetter team leader Myshelle Gillette said.
"There is not a moment when Mick is down town shaking hands with locals and using hand signs asking how your family is."
Mick said he doesn't have a favourite delivery, and says he "enjoys it all".
Livebetter community services and Mick would like to thank the Nyngan community for their support over the years.
"It shows how empowering and encouraging a friendly community working together can achieve Mick's employment goals and inclusion," Ms Gillette said.
