Duty operations manager at NSW Ambulance, Inspector Ben Loiacono said the station has a new high-tech resuscitation mannequin, which gives real-time data feedback on the paramedics technique as they're performing CPR.
"It actually assesses how well our compressions are, our timing, our depth and our recoil to make sure that when we respond to a cardiac arrest we are well trained with world class equipment," he said.
NSW Ambulance paramedics and police officers from Nyngan took part on the challenge on Tuesday and reached incredible scores of 98 and 99 per cent.
"That's measured over a two minute period, so we change over persons every two minutes during a cardiac arrest to obviously monitor our fatigue levels as well," Inspector Loiacono said.

"Our crew on Tuesday got 99 percent and that's what we strive for, the delivery of high performance CPR."
Inspector Loiacono said it was important to maintain their skill levels regularly to ensure they could provide the best out of hospital care.
"The medical industry is constantly evolving, there's always new technology, new procedures, new skills and new medications coming out all the time and being trialled," he said.
"Once we find something that's suitable for out of hospital care then we implement it into our ambulance service and train our paramedics to be world class."
Nyngan can be assured they are in good hands, with the NSW Ambulance Inspector praising the collaboration between all emergency service workers in the shire.
"We want to collaborate with our other emergency services so when the time comes and we need to call upon their support during an emergency they're trained with our equipment and they're basically an extension of us," Inspector Loiacono said.
"In my entire career, we've got a fantastic relationship with the police and fire brigade here in Nyngan it's just unprecedented, it's fantastic."
