Present were C Elder, L Wass, H Lane, D Elder, M Cameron, ER Donohoe, M Dutton, N Dutton, V Gibson, A Miles, R Robb, S Read, G Martin, D Martin, T O’Neill, P Gibson, W Marr and R Donald.
Apologies: D Dutton, D Pumpa, D Cameron and I Cameron.
Minutes were accepted as tabled. They were moved by L Wass and seconded by H Lane.
Among the business arising was:
Junior Paraders - We are working with the high school to ensure their participation continues.
Elaine McLaughlan is replacing the damaged photo of her father.
Canonbar Bridge sign has been removed.
New advertising signs, the fees seem a bit high to the advertisers, fee for grandstand reduced to $100, announcer’s box $400, though Tom can negotiate.
AGL/1st Solar grant was not successful.

General Business:
Account was presented by Mary Dutton, from the Mid West Equestrian Club, for jump pole replacement.
The show decided to pay 50 per cent of the account, being $820. Moved: V Gibson seconded: R Robb
Doug Smith Life Membership Nominated by: R Robb, seconded: N Dutton
A letter to be sent to Doug prior to next year’s show, for presentation at official ceremony.
A life membership honour board to be purchased.
The Menzies family would like the Menzies Bar sign to be put up permanently.
Secretary to contact shire for them to assist.
The next meeting of the Nyngan Show Society will be a General Meeting to be held on Thursday February 5, 2015 at the Nyngan Showground, 7pm in the Walker Pavilion.

2. Sydney Show Roster for volunteers to assist due back asap to ASC
3. Nomination form for the ASC Award for Excellence 2015
