The sixteen attendees enjoyed a delicious meal, selected by Norma, much chatter and laughter.
As always the table décor, by Norma, was creative and attractive.
Julianne read a poem about “Shopping for Bras!”
Day VIEW was treated to a very informative talk by the guest speaker, Angela Bush, Deputy Principal of the Nyngan High School.
Angie gave us quite an insight into the schools program and their many achievements.
Great academic results, as well as TAFE, School Band, some amazing results in sport even to state level and many other accomplishments.
Dawn Elder gave a vote of thanks to Angela.
The Guest Speaker for September 6 Meeting will be Emily Pitt from Ag N Vet Nynagn. Miss Nyngan Show Girl 2017. It should be very interesting.
Thanks go to Norma Jeffery for donating the Raffle and Betsy Donohoe for the Lucky Door prize. Grateful to those who donated for August.
Sorry to hear Vernette had a trip to hospital, we wish her a speedy recovery.
Pleased to hear Rosemary is back home again.
The Committee meets at 10-30am, followed by lunch at 12 o’clock at the RSL.
