About 100 people turned out to start the day commemorating the Anzacs who sailed into Gallipoli 103 years ago.
President of the Sub-Branch, Derek Francis, was among those who spoke about the Anzacs and their fight for freedom all those years ago.
The Dawn Service was the first of many services for the RSL Sub-Branch members.
Following the 6am service was a breakfast. At 9am ex-servicemen and community members gathered at the Cemetery to pay tribute to those who died for their country.
10.15am is a Heritage Park sandstone circle service and people are encouraged to get ready for the March.
Nyngan’s Anzac Day March:
The official wreath laying ceremony will take place at 11am, 12.30pm is the start of the Anzac Day Races and 6pm will be Two-Up at the RSL.
