This was a marathon game going on for 39 ends, Tristan scored a three on the first and was never headed, although the game was a real nail biter right to very end in atrocious weather, freezing cold and gusty winds.
The audience preferred to stay inside the bowling club to watch where it was warmer.

Netball news
Nyngan Tigers (black) faced up against St Dinosaurs this week coming out on top with the win, 43-15. Nyngan Tigers (black) showed strength and improvement in all areas on the court. The girls started the game strong with mid court work strong like always from Amy Motley, Claire Piper and Kearah Dutchske. Strong passes and quick changes of direction are a credit to each of these girls as they were then successful in feeding the ball in to the shooters.
Covering the shooting end of the court we had Ella Rose, Ebony Wynne who work in sync with one another each week. Ashleigh Hall also supported the girls in the goal circle this week, showing grace and confidence in this new area.
Down the defensive end of the court we had the strong and fiery Billi Smith and Abbie Smith. These girls making crucial intercepts and showing great skills within the defensive circle at all times, turning the game around and bringing it back to our end of the court.
Unfortunately, Ebony Wynne went down with an injury later in the game, so we wish her well in recovery. We now welcome back Whitney Pack who has been off the last three weeks with an injury. It is a credit to all of these girls how versatile and confident they are in all areas of the court. Each week improvements are recognised and encouraged from each individual.

Bogan Bulls
Saturday rugby saw the Warren Pumas consolidate their position atop the ladder with a resounding 28-0 win over the Bulls. The Warren boys have been a solid unit. Coach Skimmmer George is placing his trust in the emerging Bulls to build the combinations needed to challenge the more experienced teams they’ve faced over the last couple of games. The successful return from injury for Craig Ticehurst is a huge boost with Simon Bell and Dom Kennedy still to return, the back end of the season looks good for the Bulls .
Full credit to Warren for a well constructed victory, Cosgrove and Pagan having big games while Lawrence Kuso and Joney Yac did a heap of defence for outside backs for the Bulls. Tommy Cleaver was everywhere ,Jimmy Elias tried his heart out while Jayden Bonello and Craig Ticehurst desperately tried to spark the Bulls attack with some good attacking runs. Second grade was a full on spirited game. The Bulls lead for most of the game before fatigue set in and the younger Pumas got away near the bell with a 24-19 victory.
Returning premiership monster prop Nathan Jones, in a cameo for the Bulls scored a try and caused mayhem for the Warren boys, whenever he touched the ball. Flying Fijian Eliki Ladrea, grabbed a try much to the disgust of his comrade Joney. These boys have fitted in well at the Bulls. Trip Miles and little Jonesy, were reckless with their bodies, putting themselves in places bigger men would fear to tread.
Bushy again troubled the opposition whenever he launched a raid, only to be struck down with the “Richie Deebank” syndrome, when the try line beckoned. Keiro and Coop Ryan were constantly threatening on the edges, while warriors up front, Weaver, TJ Obrien and Edgey did a mountain of hard work. This weeks standout, Kel Martin, who had a blinder both in attack and defence. Rugby returns to Nyngan on Saturday where the Bulls host Bourke.
