Greg Matheson won the June monthly medal.
In all the years he has played he swears that this is his only medal win. Thirty six points was enough, he and Dave Buggy had shockers on the 11th hitting numerous trees and the ball travelling back behind them, they both thad their balls in their pockets well before they reached the green.

Matheo ripped into it after that and parred most of the rest. Mr Buggy crashed again on the 13th and is looking to swap his sticks for a set of bowls.
Mick Beetson 31 points finished second on a count-back and he like Rex Vane collected a swag of balls for their jackpot
NTPs. Five die-hard golfers played in Sundays frigid conditions and Deb Matheson was way too good with 35 points. Her back nine was a ripper scoring 21 points, miles better than Sam Keating who managed 31 points.
No N.T.P winners. The weeks best score was by Jenny Holmes 39 points in the mid-week comp. Jenny is perhaps our oldest playing member well into the 70s she still has a spring in her step. Tex 34 points was runner up and Di Donald the pin winner.
For the veteran golfers the Nyngan game is Thursday, June 28 with a 9am start.
Golf next weekend is a Stableford on Saturday and a stroke on Sunday. Badge draw is for $1400, the jackpot has lept up to $584. Viv Pateman was the unsuccessful putter last week.
