Tries to Gus Currans, Jack Kennedy, Jake Perko-Wilson, Craig Ticehurst, Cooper Ryan and Lawrence saw the boys gain some confidence and some fitness back after a week off. The club gave Gulah a big thank you for making the boys run and work hard for their win.
But it wasn’t just about the players at the Bullshed yesterday, it was a day to celebrate the ladies of the club. The coveted ‘chicks pick’ went to Coach Skimmer taking home the prize.
“A massive thank you again to all the women involved with the Bulls, our club and players wouldn’t be what they are without you,” a club supported said.
Club captain Brett Moody also presented Lynette Webster, Donna Pumpa and Merril Peterson from CanAssist with a cheque of $11,335. Money was raised when the Bulls turned pink, auctioning their jerseys off at the club’s annual Sponsors and Members evening.
The club also extended a thank you to Hayley and Katie for organising the drinks, grazing table, photo booth and pizza’s for dinner, “It was a fantastic day,” a club supporter said.
