Raymond and Yolande Tollemache from South Africa and the Sipendi family including John, Ruth and their children Jordan, Napoleon and Nathanie, formerly from Papua New Guinea were welcomed to Australia and the Bogan Shire when they were presented their citizenship certificates at July’s council meeting.
All were surrounded by members of their family when they repeated the oath and became an Australian citizen. Bogan Shire Mayor Ray Donald and the rest of the council welcomed and congratulated each of them on their citizenship.
