Shortly before 11am on Saturday police have been told a Mazda utility was travelling west along Nidgery Byrock Road, Byrock, about 79km south-east of Bourke, when it left the roadway and rolled.
Officers from Central North Police District attended and located a 24-year-old man who had been ejected from the vehicle and started CPR until NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived.
The man could not be revived and died at the scene.
Two male passengers - aged 20 and 40 - suffered minor injuries.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
The death adds to the state's road toll, which stood at 81 people killed until March 14 this year.
It is one of 72 fatal crashes in 2019.
