Nyngan Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) were called to the Nymagee Street property at approximately 4.50am on Tuesday, September 2, after the house became engulfed with flames.
It is believed the fire started in the front bedroom of the house.
It took the local fire fighting crews approximately an hour to extinguish the blaze.
Nyngan FRNSW captain Rob Avard said at this stage it's unclear what started the fire.
Investigations into what caused the house fire are currently underway by Nyngan police.
