The Tigers have signed Tom Warner as captain-coach, with his brothers Ben and Joe joining him in making the move to Group 11.
Warner was a key figure for the Tumut side which won this year's Group 9 premiership while he had been a player of the year in the Canberra Raiders Cup competition prior to that.
"They [Nyngan] have played in a couple of prelims including making the prelim this year and fell by eight points to the eventual premiers," he said.
"Hopefully I can help them with a bit of premiership experience from this year and try to get them over the hump."
Warner replaces Justin Carney as coach, however Tigers president Glen Neill said the former NRL and Super League star will still line up for his hometown club next season.
Carney is eager to step back from responsibilities of coaching the top side but has indicated he will be in Nyngan again next season and his experience and mentoring will still be valuable.
"I spoke to Justin just last week and obviously he's keen to back off a little but he'll definitely be around," Neill said.
"He's keen to help out with the 18s actually, which is fantastic. He'll still be here and that's great because we want him here and he's been great for the club."

Warner also spoke about the presence of Carney and said he's eager to work with the barnstorming centre.
"He's sticking around to play, so I've heard, so it will be good to have him still involved in the club to get some of his experience and learn a bit off him.
"I think he will be a great help and definitely still a great player."
Neill was also delighted by the signing of the Warner trio.
The three are expected to arrive at Nyngan early next year.
They will add more power to what is already one of the competition's most imposing forward packs and Neill admitted it's "awesome" to think about the strength there.
"We're certainly pleased and it's good to get them signed up early," he said.
"The last few years we've been getting there and we fire and then die off a little and then fire again but hopefully we these guys we can get across the line."
The Tigers remain on the lookout for more players with the halves now the major focus.
Merritt brothers Josh and Jai have departed the club, the former tipped to play with Dubbo CYMS in 2020, while centre Clynton Edwards has made the move to Macquarie.
"That [halves] is still an area we're targeting but we'll fill it up somehow," Neill said.
Neill said there was no bad blood between the Tigers and the Merritts and he had loved having them at the club.
The travel from Dubbo made it tricky for Josh and Jai and while covering plenty of kilometres during the season now faces the Warners it is something they're used to.
Tom Warner wasn't living in Tumut this season, he was at Cootamundra, and being able to base himself in Nyngan and work at the mines with his brothers was one of the major factors in him signing with the Tigers.
"There is plenty of work there for me and my two brothers so we head down there and I'm pretty much sick of travelling to work and footy and everywhere in between," he said.
"It's time to be subtract on the travel and knuckle down on some footy."
The hard-working forward hasn't take on the captain-coach's job at a club before
"The captain-coach role was something I really didn't want to knock back and is something I've wanted to do," Warner said.
"I've had to make a couple of tough phone calls over the last few days to let the boys know I was heading off as it's definitely somewhere down the track I'd like to head back for another season or two."
