Victoria's COVID-19 crisis by the numbers

* No fatalities leaves the state death toll at 817 and the national figure at 905

POLICE FINES

* 16 people were arrested and 96 fines were issued during an anti-lockdown protest in Melbourne on Friday. Offences included failing to wear a face mask and breaching limits for public gatherings.

RESTRICTIONS

* Melburnians limited to travel within 25km of home

* Outdoor gatherings capped at 10 people, from two households

* Face masks must be worn at all times when outside the home

* On-site hospitality and non-essential retailers remain closed
