Police investigations are underway after a suspicious house fire in Nyngan last week.

Emergency services were called to the blaze on Terangion Street at about 12pm last Wednesday afternoon.
Terangion, Wambiana and Nymagee Streets were closed while fire crews controlled the fire.
Fire and Rescue NSW took an hour to extinguish the blaze that had partially destroyed the home.
Officers attached to Central North Police District established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fire which has been deemed suspicious.
No injuries were reported, and evacuations were not necessary.
