The Bogan Carp Muster committee say it's a "disappointing" decision to make for a second year in a row.

"It's a sad decision, but with the current sate of the river, we simply can't go ahead this year," Bogan Carp Muster committee president Rob Avard said
"The committee still remain hopeful that rain will come soon, and there'll be an opportunity to go fishing again next year."
